WEDDING PARY PICTURES: 3:30pm-4:30pm (1.0 Hour)
2:00pm Photographs of bride and bridesmaids getting ready/pics at hotel of guys
2:30 PM Photos of Bride & Bridesmaids
3:30pm Photos of Groom & Groomsmen
3:30pm Initial walkthrough of space with Jen/Mom and Caterer – Angie/PJ
4:30pm Pictures complete
4:45pm Wedding party is at ceremony site waiting for ceremony to start
SETTING UP: 1:00pm-4:30pm (3.5 Hours)
Rentals arrive the day before
12:00Ppm DJ Sets Up (5-6hrs before) 12:00pm DJ to confirm – just need to be ready by 4:30PM
12:00pm All reception tables and chairs in place, centerpiece items ready in back room
10:00am Catering staff arrive Juanita to confirm
3:00pm Flowers set out on tables?
2:00-4:00pm Escort Cards, Sign-in easel etc. Tables are set up
4:00pm Officiant Dave Bayne arrives
CEREMONY: 5:00pm-5:30pm (0.5 Hour)
3:30pm Charters arrive at hotel for guest loading
4:00pm Charters depart hotel for the vineyard at 4:00 sharp!
4:45pm Guests arrive on the property – Bridal party out of site – Groomsmen welcoming guests – welcome drink available
4:45-5:00pm Guests are invited to walk back toward ceremony site and have a shuttle as an option
5:20pm Guests are seated at ceremony site Music: Selections from Dave Mathews Band, Coldplay, U2, Philip Philips
5:25pm Ceremony begins.

Bride walks down the aisle with Grandfather
5:30pm Officiant speaks – Greetings
5:30-5:45pm Ceremony
5:45pm Ceremony is sealed with a kiss!
5:45pm Bride and Groom exit followed by the bridal party in reverse order
Guests are invited to make their way to the cocktail hour by the barn by either bus or walking through the vineyards by David Bayne
5:50pm Time for guests to get back to the barn while photos with family and entire wedding party
COCKTAIL HOUR: 6:00pm – 7:00pm (1 Hour) Music: Selections from Dave Mathews Band, Coldplay, U2, Philip Philips
Drinks in the barn and Hors d’oeuvres are served.
6:00pm
Yard games and cocktail hour
Bride and Groom have photos and then make their way to the cocktail hour as well.
DJ plays cocktail music.
RECEPTION: 7:00pm-11:00pm (4 hours)
Curtains are opened
7:00pm Guests are asked to be seated by DJ
Wedding Party is introduced followed by Bride & Groom enters via introduction by DJ Song: Lil John “Turned out for What”
7:10pm Bride & Groom’s First Dance Song: Etta James “At Last”
Champagne is poured during the dance
First course (salad) is served during the dance
7:15pm FOG gives speech and closes with the champagne toast.
7:25pm Salad is cleared and main dishes and entrees are served on the table Dinner Music: Jazz (Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Louis Armstong)
7:25pm Bride and Groom cake cutting Song: Jason Mraz and Colbie Calliat “Lucky”
7:25pm Speeches take place during serving in the order of: Christine Dycus, Patrick Field
8:05pm Main course is cleared
8:05pm Sweets Table and after dinner drink station is open
8:05pm DJ starts playing more upbeat dancing music.
PARTY: 8:00pm-11:00pm (3 Hours)
8:05pm Let’s Dance!
8:45pm DJ announces that first charter will be departing in 15 minutes
9:00pm 1st Charter Departure Option
9:45pm DJ announces that second charter will be departing in 15 minutes
10:00pm Bonfire Lighting (maybe – depends on weather)
10:00pm Second Charter Departure Option
10:00pm Bartenders and Catering Staff are done but welcome to stay and enjoy the evening
10:45pm DJ announces final charter option will be in 15 minutes guests are welcome to stay but will need to take a taxi back
10:55pm DJ winds down with last song for him but welcome to stay and enjoy Song: Aerosmith “Don’t Want to Miss a Thing”
11:00pm Final charter departs
11:00pm music to ipod and remaning guests will take a taxi or cars back whenever they give up
